FAQ

Do you offer brazilian waxing for all genders?

Yes. Genital waxing services are gender inclusive and transgender friendly.

What if I'm running late or need to cancel?

Contact the studio as soon as possible. There is a 10-minute grace period. Please see the Policies tab for detailed information about these policies.

I have my period - can I still get a brazilian wax?
  1. Yes. Please arrive wearing a fresh tampon for Full Frontal and Brazilian services. Our bathroom is always stocked with fresh tampons and hygiene wipes for your convenience.

  1. Be advised that your sensitivity increases two days before, during, and two days after menstruation.

How long should my hair be for body waxing services?

At least 1/4 inch which is roughly the size of a grain of rice.

I'm on acne medication - can I still get waxed?
  1. Any topical acne medications should be discontinued 7 days prior your scheduled service. These products increase skin reactivity to waxing which will result in severe irritation and skin lifting.
  2. Unfortunately, if you are taking an oral acne medication (such as Accutane) , it is not safe for you to wax and we will not perform the service.
What kind of wax do you use?

We use hard wax that is:

Vegan – Cruelty Free

Hypoallergenic – Fragrance Free

I'm using anti-aging products - can I still get my face waxed?

Any products that contain Retinol should be discontinued 7 days prior to your scheduled service. Retinol thins the skin and will cause your skin to lift during a waxing service.

Do you use cruelty-free products?

The studio is committed to using cruelty-free and vegan products. All products used on skin are thoroughly researched to ensure they meet these standards.
